The following is a brief installation procedure for BITZER scroll compressors:
1. Preparation: Make sure the installation tools and materials are complete, check the appearance of the compressor for damage, and check whether the model matches the installation requirements.
 
2. Selection of installation location: Select a well-ventilated, dry, flat and low vibration place, with enough space around for operation and maintenance, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
 
3. Installation foundation: Make a solid concrete foundation, make sure the surface is smooth and the level deviation is within the specified range, place the compressor on the foundation, fix it with bolts, and install damping pads to reduce the vibration transmission.
 
4. Connecting pipes: Connect the suction pipe and discharge pipe, the pipe should have a certain degree of flexibility to prevent stress transfer to the compressor, ensure that the pipeline is clean, free of impurities, firmly connected and well sealed, according to the requirements of the installation of filters, shut-off valves and other components.
 
5. Electrical connection: According to the rated voltage and power of the compressor, connect the power line, install overload and leakage protection devices, and ensure good grounding.
 
6. Installation of auxiliary equipment: Such as oil separator, gas-liquid separator, etc., according to the requirements of the instructions to connect the piping and wiring.
