Working Principle
Sanyo rotary compressors rely on a rotating rotor to make a rotating movement in the cylinder, so that the refrigerant gas is compressed during the rotating process, thus increasing the pressure and temperature. In the suction process, refrigerant gas of the low pressure is sucked into the cylinder, and with the rotation of the rotor, the gas is compressed gradually, the pressure and temperature increase, and finally refrigerant gas of the high pressure and high temperature is discharged from the exhaust port.
Type and Structure
- Rotor type rotary compressor: It adopts the matching movement of rotary piston (rotor) and cylinder, and completes the gas compression by driving the rotor rotation through the eccentric shaft. Simple structure, small volume, suitable for small power equipment.
- Hermetic design: The motor and compressor are enclosed in the same housing, reducing the risk of leakage, suitable for high humidity or dusty environment.
Characteristics
- High efficiency and saving energy: Adopting low-friction design and high-precision processing, the energy efficiency ratio (COP) can reach more than 3.0, and the optimisation of the ratio of input power to refrigeration capacity is remarkable in some models (e.g. input 1230W, refrigeration capacity 3835W).
- Low-noise operation: The noise is controlled at 50-60dB, suitable for scenes with high demand for silence.
- Environmentally friendly refrigerants: Mainly using R22 or R404A refrigerant, some new models are compatible with R410A and other environmentally friendly work materials.
- Strong adaptability: The evaporating temperature range covers -40℃ to +12℃, which can meet the needs of low-temperature freezing and room temperature refrigeration.

Mainly used in small and medium-sized refrigeration equipment, such as household air conditioners, commercial refrigerated display cabinets, kitchen equipment and so on.
