The ZWD81KA-TFD-532 compressor uses axial flexibility to regulate capacity by forcing the scroll discs to separate, stopping refrigerant compression without stopping the compressor. When the scroll disc is in the unloading state, the compressor capacity output is 0; when the scroll disc is in the loadeding state, the compressor capacity output is 100%. In a certain cycle time (e.g. 15 seconds), the output capacity is the sum of the average of the loading and unloading state times. By changing the loading state time and unloading state time, the compressor capacity can be infinitely adjusted from 10% to 100% to achieve the effect of precise temperature control.
