1.Disassembly of Old Compressor
(1) After power-off, discharge the refrigerant, remove the pipelines and electrical connections, and mark the terminal blocks.
(2) Heat and separate the suction/exhaust port pipelines of the compressor. After removing the fixing bolts, take off the old machine.
2.Installation of New Compressor
(1) Transplant the rubber gasket of the old machine to the bottom foot of the new compressor, insert the fixed rod and pre-tighten the bolts (pre-tightening torque 10 to 12Nm).
(2)Gradually and evenly tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence until the final torque is 25 to 27Nm to prevent the pump body from deforming.
3.Pipe Connection
(1) Insert the suction/exhaust pipe to the original marked depth, and check the sealing after welding.
(2) Configure the main pipeline with 1°~2° inclination to ensure that condensate water is discharged and the system pressure drop is ≤5% of the set value.
4.Electrical Connection and Debugging
(1) Connect the power supply and control lines according to the wiring diagram, install the terminal cover and fix it.
(2) Conduct a vacuum pressure holding test for at least 5 minutes. After confirming there is no leakage, add the refrigerant.
(3) Check the pressure, vibration and refrigeration effect after start-up to complete the automatic debugging of the system.
5.Key Tips of Operation
(1)When welding, the refrigerant must be drained to avoid the generation of toxic gases at high temperatures.
(2)After installation, a comprehensive leak test should be conducted to ensure that the pressure and electrical performance meet the standards.
