What is Secop Compressor?
SECOP
SECOP was founded in 1956 and renamed from Danfoss KOMPRESSOREN. It is an independent manufacturer of hermetic refrigeration compressors and a compressor manufacturer with the world's leading innovation capability. Its group headquarters is located in Flensburg, Germany, and its agent in China is SECOP KOMPRESSOREN (Tianjin) Co.

How do Secop compressors work?
Compression: The compressor compresses the refrigerant gas, increasing its pressure and temperature.
Condensation: The high-pressure refrigerant gas is then passed through a condenser, where it cools and condenses into a liquid.
Expansion: The liquid refrigerant is expanded through an expansion valve, which causes it to evaporate and absorb heat from the surrounding environment.
Evaporation: The refrigerant absorbs heat and evaporates inside the evaporator coil, cooling the air or space inside the refrigerator or air conditioning unit.

By continually circulating the refrigerant through these stages, the Secop compressor helps maintain a constant temperature and prevents the appliance from overheating.

Types of Secop Compressors
1. Reciprocating Compressors
They use a piston to compress the refrigerant gas. The piston moves back and forth in a cylinder, creating pressure that forces the refrigerant gas through the system.
Common Models
BD Series
BD35F:
This is a very popular small piston compressor for portable cooling applications such as caravan refrigerators, yacht refrigerators etc.
Features: Low energy consumption, lightweight design.
Refrigerants: R134a, R600a
Application areas: Mobile cooling equipment.

N Series
NLE8.8CN:
A high efficiency piston compressor designed for commercial applications with high refrigeration capacity and reliability.
Features: Energy efficient, supports a wide range of environmentally friendly refrigerants, and suitable for long and stable operation.
Refrigerants: R290, R600a
Applications: Supermarket freezers, beverage vending machines, etc.

2. Rotary Compressors
Rotary compressors use a rotating mechanism to compress the refrigerant gas.
Common Models
TL Series
TL3G:
For small domestic refrigerators or freezers that require an energy efficient solution.
Features: High energy efficiency ratio, low noise level, compact design.
Refrigerant: R134a.

FR Series
FR6CL:
Designed for larger domestic refrigerators or small commercial display cabinets.
Features: High performance, adaptable, easy maintenance.
Refrigerants: R404A, R134a.

3. Scroll Compressors
The scrolls move in a circular motion, trapping and compressing the gas as it moves through the system.
Common Models
SC Series
SC10L:
Suitable for light commercial refrigeration equipment such as small display cabinets or beverage coolers.
Features: compact design, high efficiency, low noise.
Refrigerants: R404A, R134a, R290 etc.

GS Series
GS26MLX:
Designed for large commercial refrigeration systems, such as cold storage and freezing equipment for large supermarkets.
Features: High performance, large capacity design, suitable for long time stable operation.
Refrigerants: R404A, R134a.

4. Inverter Compressors
Inverter compressors can vary their speed to match the required cooling capacity, resulting in less energy consumption and more consistent cooling.
Common Models
SLV Series
SLV18CN:
Features: inverter regulation, low noise, good temperature control accuracy.
Refrigerants: R600a, R290
Application areas: high-end household refrigerators, commercial display cabinets, etc.
