Embraco is a global company specialising in refrigeration solutions and a technology leader in the enclosed compressor market. The company's mission is to provide innovative solutions for a high quality of life, always pursuing technological innovation and sustainability. Its products are favoured by some of the leading automotive and appliance manufacturers, and have gained the attention of commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturers.

Working Principle
Embraco compressors are based on a vapour compression refrigeration cycle:
1. Compression: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed by the compressor into a high temperature, high pressure gas.
2. Condensation: The high temperature gas is liquefied by heat dissipation in the condenser.
3. Throttling and expansion: The high pressure liquid is cooled down by a throttle valve.
4. Evaporation: Low-temperature liquid in the evaporator absorbs heat and vaporises to achieve refrigeration.
Core Features
1. Energy efficient
Inverter technology (e.g. VESJ) improves energy efficiency by more than 40%, with a cooling factor of 2.31 W/W.
Natural refrigerant (R290, R600a) reduces carbon emissions, in line with environmental trends.
2. Low noise and vibration
NT series reduces vibration by 30% and noise by 5-10 dB(A); VESJ reduces noise by 2 dB(A), which is suitable for strict standards (e.g. European Class A).
3. Wide compatibility
Support multi-voltage (100-240V), multi-refrigerant (R134a, R404A, R290, etc.), adapting to the needs of different regions around the world.
Common Types
1. Embraco fixed speed compressors
These compressors run at a fixed speed and are suitable for domestic refrigerators, freezers and other refrigeration equipment.
EM series: EMZ40CLP (rated 74W), EMM32CLC (rolling piston type, 1/7HP), compact and suitable for domestic refrigerators and small commercial equipment, supporting refrigerants R134a, R600a, etc.
NT series: NT2192GK (refrigeration capacity 650W), optimised for efficiency and stability, compatible with inverter technology, with significantly reduced vibration and noise.
T series: T2155GK (3/4HP, R404A), suitable for low back pressure scenarios, suitable for freezers and other low temperature equipment.
2. Embraco inverter compressors
Variable frequency compressor can adjust the speed according to the actual need, so as to achieve higher energy efficiency ratio, especially suitable for air-conditioning systems that need to start and stop frequently or application scenarios that require precise temperature control.
VEG/VEM series: VEM (small and medium-sized commercial inverter), VESJ (a new generation of the highest energy efficiency, refrigeration coefficient of 2.31 W / W), support for frequency control, energy saving of more than 40% for beverage cabinets, medical equipment and other precision temperature control scenarios. FM series: FMS, FMX, light weight (Atom model is only 2.5kg), using natural refrigerant R290/R600a, energy efficiency ratio of 1.90 W/W, suitable for single-door refrigerators and compact equipment.
NEU series: NEU2178GKA, belonging to the energy-efficient inverter compressors, suitable for a wide range of refrigeration equipment.

3. Embraco medium-high back pressure compressors
NB series: NB1118Z (R134a, 220-240V), designed for wine cabinets, with high evaporation temperature, reduced risk of icing and better humidity control.
NJ series: NJ9238GK (1.5HP, R404A), suitable for commercial freezer display cabinets, supporting medium and high back pressure conditions, with a cooling capacity of 4620W.
