Structure and Principle
Structure: It consists of semi-closed refrigeration compressor, air-cooled condenser, liquid reservoir, filter drier, pressure gauge, pressure controller and so on.
Working principle: The gas is injected through the air inlet, compressed by the rotor rotation such as the Copeland, and pushed to the outlet discharge. Semi-closed structure is to set a partition between the air inlet and compression chamber to reduce gas leakage and energy loss.
Features and Advantages
High efficiency and energy saving: Energy efficiency is 12% higher than piston compressor, scroll compressor adjacent crescent-shaped space pressure difference is small, less leakage, no suction and discharge valves and residual gap volume re-expansion, high volumetric efficiency.
Reliable operation: Few moving parts, axial and radial patented flexible design, liquid strike resistance and tolerance of impurities. The motor has an insulating layer to prevent lubricant and refrigerant penetration, and each compressor is equipped with a motor protection device.
Low noise and smooth: Semi-closed operation reduces gas flow, lowers noise and runs smoothly.

Selection and Application Guide
1. Selection by temperature range
- Medium and high temperature (0℃~10℃): C series (such as CA-1000), L series.
- Low temperature (-25 ℃ ~ -10 ℃): C series of low-temperature models, T series .
- Ultra-low temperature (-60℃~-30℃): 6T two-stage compressor, suitable for R404A refrigerant.
2. By scene demand
- Small-scale cold storage/supermarket: 3-10HP C series (e.g. CA-0500 air-cooled 5HP).
- Cold chain logistics/quick freezer: 20-30HP W series or 6T two-stage machine.
