The ORBIT PRO series is purpose-optimized for R290 (propane). It covers an evaporation range of -30°C to 30°C and a condensing range of 10°C to 80°C, making it suitable for both cold storage and heat pump applications. No fundamental system re-engineering is required to adopt this low-GWP refrigerant.
The ORBIT+ series integrates LSPM (Line Start Permanent Magnet) motor technology. It maintains high motor efficiency under non-full load conditions—critical for chillers and heat pumps that operate at partial load most of the time. The result is measurably lower annual energy consumption.
Standard, high-efficiency, and vapor-injected versions within the same capacity range share identical mounting dimensions and port locations. This allows future upgrades (in efficiency or refrigerant type) to be performed as direct drop-in replacements—no re-piping of copper lines or modification of the unit frame required.
